💼 About This Role

You'll lead FP&A engagements for Private Equity portfolio companies, serving as a trusted partner to CFOs. You'll drive operational enhancements and value creation across the portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company representatives and PE sponsors
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of FP&A engagements including scoping and quality control
• Provide strategic thought leadership across concurrent engagements
• Develop repeatable delivery playbooks, templates, and methodologies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior FP&A and/or consulting experience
• Significant exposure to middle-market Private Equity owned businesses
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams
• Advanced financial modeling skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Diverse industry experience (manufacturing, SaaS, healthcare, etc.)
• Proficiency in ERP and EPM platforms
• Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, Python)
