Description

You will own test activities in production, resolve complex electrical issues, and improve test systems for automation and efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product shipment and meet throughput requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years industry experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assemblies testing and contract manufacturers.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure production test flow.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues during testing.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems for automation, consistency, cycle time, and coverage.
• Generate test work instructions for technician team in MES.
• Analyze test data, document results, and provide detailed reports to identify defects and areas for improvement.
