💼 About This Role

You'll lead a driver team at a medical waste treatment facility, ensuring safe and compliant operations. You'll drive logistics excellence and team development while maintaining service standards in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily pre-departure support including truck loading and route verification
• Monitor driver routing and productivity to ensure service standards
• Conduct daily route debriefs to resolve issues and improve customer service
• Manage driver performance, evaluations, and professional development
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and resolve equipment issues

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in transportation management or supervisory role
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, log books, and safety compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours as needed

✨ Nice to Have

• Class B with Hazmat Endorsement
• Experience in logistics, waste management, or regulated service industries
• Background in customer service and operational planning
