💼 About This Role

You'll lead global real estate finance for a premium workplace-as-a-service provider, bridging corporate strategy and deal performance. You'll drive financial planning, maximize cash flow, and support expansion across the portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own relationships with strategic landlord partners and manage asset performance reporting.
• Deliver monthly network fundamentals reports and recommend portfolio improvements.
• Build unit economic models to maximize cash flow and support budgeting.
• Run ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives and executive decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 5-8 years as a full-time financial analyst in Real Estate or Financial Services.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including consolidations, indirects, and lookups.
• Experience creating monthly P&L analysis and variance commentary.
