🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop sourcing strategies for EMS, SCADA, PLCs, and controls hardware
• Lead supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management
• Manage demand planning, inventory strategy, and long-lead procurement
• Partner with engineering on specifications and system integration

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in supply chain or procurement within industrial or energy environments
• Experience with control systems or hardware/software integration
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UL, IEEE, NEC compliance frameworks
• Background in firmware control or cybersecurity documentation
• Knowledge of energy storage or grid-connected systems
