🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and train counselors on camp protocols
• Nurture relationships with campers and families
• Oversee camp operations including materials and schedules
• Maintain accurate administrative records
• Teach classes when needed

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing a team of 4+ teachers
• Track record of building relationships with families in educational settings
• More than 5 years teaching children ages 3-12
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to learn
