🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Assist customers with API integration and troubleshooting.
• Create and update self-service documentation and FAQs.
• Track and prioritize support tickets with clear communication.

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer-facing role.
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with APIs and developer tools.

• Experience with NLP or AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
