Description

You will use your healthcare and product knowledge to ensure successful implementation of InterSystems products. You'll advise customers on best practices, drive maximum benefits, and liaise with internal teams. The role is office-based in Edinburgh with regular travel.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills; experience in customer training, workshops, or presentations
  • Excellent consultative skills to articulate and communicate ideas
  • Experience interacting with customers including clinicians and delivering strong messaging
  • Experience implementing software solutions and contributing to multi-disciplined teams
  • University degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful, standard and timely contracting and implementation of InterSystems products
  • Become expert product resource; understand customer processes and advise on best fit and standard solution implementation
  • Drive maximum customer benefits while minimizing custom work
  • Keep up-to-date with new product developments
  • Travel to customer sites, possibly up to 5 days away per week
