Description

As a Sanitation Lead at HelloFresh in Phoenix, AZ, you will coordinate and coach the sanitation team, perform cleaning tasks, train new employees, enforce safety and GMP/SQF policies, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and minimum 6 months of related experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Basic math skills and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10-12 hours

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform sanitation tasks including waste removal, equipment and floor sanitization, and custodial functions
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures for safety, GMP, SQF, and PPE/hygiene
• Support production department by cleaning and preparing for next shift
• Communicate with Quality or Production departments to solve problems
• Perform routine sanitation equipment maintenance and report food safety issues
