💼 About This Role

You'll join MORSE Corp to lead flight test campaigns for novel unmanned aerial systems. You'll manage the full lifecycle from concept to flight, coordinating logistics and safety across multiple test sites. This role offers direct impact on national security in a fast-paced R&D environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute local and Continental US flight test activities
• Coordinate resources including scheduling, equipment, and travel
• Ensure test instrumentation and support equipment are operational
• Champion testing best practices and ensure safe conduct

📋 Requirements

• US Citizenship or ability to obtain clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 3+ years experience as a test engineer in flight or wind tunnel
• Experience with test instrumentation systems for ground/flight testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Part 107 Certification
• Quad, multirotor, and/or fixed wing pilot experience
• Experience with UAS Swarming or multi-vehicle control
