💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of AI tools and applications for a high-growth fintech company, building internal automation and tooling to protect over $150B in payments. You'll own terabyte-scale log pipelines and leverage AI to streamline operations, while mentoring junior team members and shaping the engineering culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of AI tools from inception to implementation.
• Support incident response with ad-hoc threat hunting and remediation tools.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters, serverless workloads, and ETL pipelines.
• Partner with product engineering to drive security automation and risk reduction.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Experience with Python and one systems language (Golang, C/C++).
• Experience with Kubernetes, serverless, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects autonomously and on time.
