💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that fights hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the team meet sales targets. This role lets you combine retail operations with a passion for making a difference.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and impress customers with product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, and cover the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
