You'll lead rapid prototyping and internal manufacturing operations in a fast-paced R&D environment, owning the full lifecycle from CAD/CAM to final assembly. Your work will accelerate development of groundbreaking projects for a clean energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and improve rapid prototyping and R&D manufacturing operations.
• Program and optimize parts using CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Design mechanical components, fixtures, and tooling.
• Specify, procure, and maintain shop equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional CNC programming and precision machining.
• Expertise in GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360).

✨ Nice to Have

• Leadership experience in a machine shop or R&D lab.
• Experience with TIG/MIG welding and laser cutting.
