You'll drive large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in a complex engineering-driven environment. You'll act as both strategic partner and hands-on leader, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams. You'll translate strategy into clear plans and manage risks and dependencies to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical programs.
- Define and track program success metrics and milestones.
- Facilitate program-level workflows and operating rhythms.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across teams.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Strong technical understanding to engage in architectural discussions.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Deep expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and capacity planning.
