💼 About This Role

You'll build scalable processes, automations, and data structures for Partner Success operations in a fast-growing travel tech company. Your work will directly reduce manual effort, improve partner onboarding speed, and enable data-led lifecycle management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map, document, and improve core Partner Success and GTM processes
• Own data quality and hygiene across Planhat and Salesforce
• Build and improve automations using Make, Zapier, and APIs
• Maintain dashboards for operational and lifecycle performance

📋 Requirements

• Experience improving workflows and managing systems in a SaaS environment
• SQL skills for data analysis and root-cause investigation
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier
• Comfort working with APIs, JSON, and AI tools like Claude Code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Partner Success Operations or Revenue Operations
• Familiarity with Planhat, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar tools
• Dashboard building or BI tool experience
