You'll execute sourcing activities for Human Data and Research Services suppliers, supporting operational excellence across procurement systems. You'll own end-to-end deals, manage workflows, and provide analytics to drive category insights. This role is a critical force multiplier for scaling engagements in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for Human Data and Research suppliers
• Draft and operationalize SOWs and pricing exhibits with Legal and Finance
• Track deal status, approvals, and execution risks across supplier portfolio
• Analyze spend data and workflow bottlenecks for stakeholder insights

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
• Experience managing multiple concurrent supplier engagements with attention to detail
• Operational fluency with Zip, Ironclad, and Slack
• Strong analytical skills with spend data and contract terms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Human Data, Research, or AI/ML categories
• Familiarity with SOW-based services and usage-based pricing
• Experience in fast-scaling or ambiguous environments
