Description
You will drive customer value by facilitating technical onboarding and supporting product inquiries. You'll help customer teams efficiently use Braze, communicate technical requirements, and design onboarding plans. Your role involves troubleshooting, delivering training workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise/strategic accounts (digital marketing, mobile app dev, web dev, technical support, customer success)
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency: ability to understand docs and communicate via Slack with global team
- Engineering skills (2-3 years of developer experience, any language)
- Product knowledge and technical expertise in at least two of: SaaS, digital marketing, mobile app dev, web dev, API dev, programming
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical support and onboarding for customers
- Communicate with customers and internal teams about product and rollout schedules
- Design and deliver enablement workshops and training
- Troubleshoot technical issues during tool adoption and campaign deployment
- Support broader customer success organization with daily needs
