💼 About This Role

You'll join the Growth Team at 1Password to build net-new self-serve experiences and drive rapid experimentation across our B2B product suites. You'll shape the experimentation platform and directly influence measurable customer and business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and evolve our experimentation platform.
• Lead design and implementation of experiments.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development in production SaaS.
• Strong experience building backend services (Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web apps.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation and analytics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading experimentation-driven product development.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Looker, Qualtrics).
• Experience in security- or compliance-sensitive domains.
