📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in relationship management, private banking, or crypto financial services.
• Proven track record managing high-value client portfolios with revenue impact.
• Experience with crypto trading products like spot, derivatives, and staking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
