You'll lead the activation and early-retention strategy for partner-referred customers at Ramp, architecting scalable programs that convert referrals into long-term, multi-product customers. You'll manage a team of 6-8 Scaled CSMs while partnering across CS, Partnerships, Product, and Growth to design AI-augmented activation systems that drive product-led onboarding.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design CS segmentation and activation strategies for partner-referred customers.
- Optimize scalable CS programs using AI and automation to improve activation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Scaled CSMs.
- Partner cross-functionally to align partner activation with company goals.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in strategy & operations or CS operations in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years managing high-performing CS or operations teams.
- 3+ years working closely with channel partnerships.
- Strong AI fluency — actively use LLMs and automation tools.
✨ Nice to Have
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent financial certification.
- Direct experience onboarding CFOs or finance teams in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with product-led or hybrid-touch CS models.
