Description
You will own analysis and optimization of a hybrid SMB revenue engine, driving measurable improvements in conversion, velocity, and revenue efficiency across self-service and sales-assisted motions. You'll diagnose friction in the funnel, quantify tradeoffs, and recommend structural improvements tied directly to revenue performance.
Requirements
- Experience in funnel analysis and revenue optimization
- Strategic, systems-oriented operator mindset
- Ability to model tradeoffs between self-serve and sales-assisted motions
- Strong cross-functional influence skills
- Proficiency with product analytics and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end customer journey across self-service and sales-assisted funnels
- Identify drop-off points, stalled opportunities, and friction between motions
- Quantify revenue impact of routing logic, qualification criteria, and lead scoring
- Recommend structural changes to improve conversion rates, velocity, and revenue efficiency
- Partner with marketing to refine targeting and campaign strategy based on revenue outcomes
