You will prospect into CTOs and engineering leaders, manage the full sales cycle for MongoDB products, build a sales pipeline, and collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience with enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Prospect into CTOs, engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
- Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
- Build sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari using prospecting tools
