Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience with enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into CTOs, engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting
  • Manage full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Build sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari using prospecting tools
