Description

You will build and develop Anthropic's ecosystem of AI-native boutiques and consultancies to accelerate Claude adoption. You'll recruit partners, drive joint business planning, enable sales, and be the voice of partners to internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing services/consulting partners in AI or enterprise software
• Track record building partner motions from early stage
• Experience with boutique consultancies and SIs across multiple countries
• Demonstrated experience with early-stage tech products, APIs, platforms
• Fluent German; willingness to travel throughout the region

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Anthropic Alliances to DACH/CEE boutique partners
• Build and curate partner portfolio to accelerate Claude adoption
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential AI implementation partners
• Drive joint business planning and active pipeline development
• Coordinate with GSI-focused Partner Manager for complementary coverage
