You'll design and maintain mission critical backend services for a command and control system supporting the Mobility Air Force. You'll lead backend architecture, build RESTful APIs, and implement cloud native patterns in Amazon GovCloud. This role emphasizes backend reliability and security within an Agile team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy backend features using Java and .NET in AWS GovCloud
• Lead RESTful service and API endpoint development
• Architect microservices, serverless functions, and containerized workloads
• Mentor junior developers in API design and secure coding

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional development with Java in production
• Experience owning backend services or components in production
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration testing
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration
• Prior DoD or federal experience
