Description

You will lead the Web Acquisition team to build performant, scalable web experiences that drive member growth, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years designing, building, and operating scalable systems
• 2+ years managing engineers or equivalent
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and growing engineers
• Experience with Agile or iterative development

Responsibilities

• Lead a web engineering team through full software development lifecycle
• Define project scope, milestones, and priorities, keeping team on track
• Own team execution and delivery of performant, reliable, accessible web experience
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to resolve complex problems
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and feedback
