You'll partner with sales and customers to design and scope implementation approaches for complex enterprise opportunities, creating Statements of Work that align outcomes, timelines, and responsibilities. Your work will directly increase win rates and reduce implementation risk for our largest customers. This role offers a unique chance to shape our pre-sales to post-sales handoff and define best practices for an early-stage professional services team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Scope and design implementation approaches for enterprise opportunities
  • Create, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work
  • Participate in Sales handoff to ensure smooth transition to post-sales
  • Identify patterns across opportunities to refine Enterprise Sales motion

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS across Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
  • Strong ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals with meaningful implementation components
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams
