💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the customer support function for a fast-growing RegTech company. You'll build a high-performing team, optimize processes, and act as the voice of the customer to improve product usability and drive automation initiatives. This is a zero-to-one role where you'll define the support strategy from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage customer support operations end-to-end
  • Hire, train, and scale a high-performing support team
  • Design and optimize support workflows and escalation paths
  • Act as bridge between customers and Product/Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5-9 years of experience in SaaS customer support
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk or similar
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and troubleshooting workflows

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise SaaS customers
  • Exposure to 24x7 or global support models
