💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-sale onboarding journey, guiding clients from signed contract to full activation for a Resident Experience Platform. Specifically, you'll conduct discovery, deliver training, and ensure property managers adopt the Resident Benefits Package. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations in a fast-growing PropTech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clients through implementation funnel: discovery to handoff.
• Deliver targeted training to property managers for RBP setup.
• Ensure clients meet commitments and stay on track.
• Partner with Sales to align on deliverables and expectations.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct implementation experience at a tech company.
• Proven ability to lead clients through change management processes.
• Skilled in discovery, objection handling, and consultative engagement.
• Experience with property management tech (Appfolio, Yardi, etc.) preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in PropTech or real estate transactions.
• Familiarity integrating AI into onboarding workflows.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Monday.com, Gong).
