You'll provide high-acuity, hospital-level care to a client with a trach in their home, with 1:1 ratios and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-to-one home nursing care for adult client with trach
• Perform high-acuity tasks including tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Document care using Statewise electronic charting system

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in state
