You'll support product development by building and testing prototypes for innovative medical devices in urology. Working closely with R&D and engineering, you'll drive key milestones from early-stage development to product launch in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build prototypes and conduct tests with R&D teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain lab equipment and fixtures for consistent performance.
• Assist in validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and design verification.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or technical certification in biomedical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years experience in a medical device or regulated field.
• Competent with hands-on prototyping and basic shop tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Experience with catheter build and construction techniques.
• Experience with 3-D printing.
• Solidworks or other CAD software.
