💼 About This Role

You'll drive customer acquisition for subscription-based web products, owning large budgets and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, and new channels like Snapchat and TikTok. You'll use deep data analysis and structured experimentation to maximize ROI and build repeatable growth systems in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance using Tableau and platform reporting.
• Design and test campaign structures, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription-based products.
• Proven track record scaling performance marketing campaigns with 7-figure monthly budgets.
• Advanced skills in campaign analysis, attribution, and optimization.
• Experience testing and scaling new channels from scratch strongly preferred.
