  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new business
  • Drive team performance and exceed sales targets
  • Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Management role in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • 3+ years managing digital native accounts
  • Experience in selling database products
  • Proven track record of driving new business and expanding customer base

  • Familiarity with cloud service providers and channel partnerships
  • Knowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the database market
