๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new business
- Drive team performance and exceed sales targets
- Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a Management role in Enterprise SaaS sales
- 3+ years managing digital native accounts
- Experience in selling database products
- Proven track record of driving new business and expanding customer base

- Familiarity with cloud service providers and channel partnerships
- Knowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the database market
