Description

You will recruit and support high-potential startups through a 7-week accelerator program, managing logistics, coaching founders, and connecting them with mentors and investors to drive their growth and success.

Requirements

• Prior career experience in entrepreneurship, journalism, academia, economic development, science, politics, law, or nonprofits.
• Ability to fully own day-to-day logistics and operations of the program end-to-end.
• Effective coaching and connector skills for community and startups.
• Network-building ability to find and convince high-potential startups to join.
• Experience supporting startups in customer growth and fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with startup founders, mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
• Recruit, vet, and select startup participants for gBETA cohorts.
• Manage logistics and execute gBETA and gALPHA programs per year according to curriculum.
• Engage with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and establish as a trusted source of mentorship and connections.
• Assist alumni with ongoing mentor, sponsor, and investor relations.
