Requirements

• No phlebotomy or medical assistant experience required
• Strong team player with innovative problem-solving skills
• Empathy, focus, and compassion in patient interactions
• Willingness to complete One Medical clinical training and state certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in patient interactions
• Perform front desk duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, scheduling
• Master technology suite: Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR
• Complete opening/closing duties and office upkeep
• Obtain BLS certification within 60 days
