💼 About This Role
You'll lead a dedicated team managing fraud and disputes for our credit card products, ensuring regulatory compliance and fair customer outcomes. You'll drive operational enhancements through broad collaboration and process improvements to optimise chargeback recovery rates.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Investigate customer claims for unauthorised transactions and scams
- Resolve dispute claims and process Mastercard chargebacks
- Set team targets, monitor performance, and coach team members
- Provide regular updates on team performance and fraud trends
📋 Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of credit card fraud typologies, disputes, and chargebacks
- Proven experience leading teams in a fraud or disputes context
- Experience implementing new fraud or disputes processes

- Well-connected within the industry and knowledgeable about current fraud trends
- Experience with regulatory compliance (Section 75)
