You'll join the TA team to identify and attract top talent for open positions at a global digital services company. You'll use diverse sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines and support recruiters and stakeholders. This role offers remote-first work and a strong learning culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies.
• Use job boards, social media, and referrals to find candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential talent.
• Manage recruitment process: post ads, review resumes, schedule interviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve sourcing processes.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of talent sourcing experience in outsourcing companies.
• Proven knowledge of sourcing strategies including online job boards, social media, and networking sites.
• Experience sourcing in EU and/or USA.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
• Proficiency with AI tools for candidate search and outreach.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for sourcing.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Experience in non-billable roles.
