You'll lead label artwork reviews and ensure FDA compliance for a fast-growing CPG company. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to support innovation and certifications like Non-GMO and Organic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead label artwork reviews and approvals for regulatory compliance.
• Build ingredient statements and nutrition facts panels.
• Partner with Product Development, Quality, and Legal on innovation.
• Manage supplier management database and raw material approvals.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of regulatory and labeling in food manufacturing.
• Strong foundation in FDA food labeling regulations and Prop 65.
• Proficiency in MS Office and supplier management software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Food Science or Nutrition.
• Experience with Trustwell Genesis Foods or TraceGains.
• Experience with shelf-stable or temperature-sensitive products.
