💼 About This Role

You'll join our growing Japan team to sell integration solutions to mid-market customers. Your core impact will be driving new business sales through direct and channel partner relationships. You'll act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, helping them maximize automation potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute territory plan targeting mid-market customers across Japan
  • Focus on new business sales, selling direct and through channel partners
  • Partner with SDR, partner sales and marketing teams locally
  • Act as strategic advisor to C-level executives on automation and integration

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of commercial software sales experience in technology
  • Proven ability to generate new business sales
  • Ability to communicate with senior executives up to C-level
  • Excellent Japanese communication skills (English is a plus)
