You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations. Working cross-functionally, you'll shape first impressions and directly impact retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
• Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness
• Log customer needs and issues using internal CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with clients across levels including senior decision-makers
• Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
