Description

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Klaviyo's GTM Sales systems, specifically Accounts and Opportunities. You'll design seller workflows, prioritize features, and approach every process with an AI-first mindset to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Systems thinking approach to accounts and opportunities
• Deep CRM expertise, not limited to any single platform
• Comfortable presenting vision to CRO and writing acceptance criteria
• Experience in product ownership for GTM technology

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Accounts and Opportunities domains
• Define success metrics and drive discovery for GTM Sales systems
• Write product requirements and prioritize sprint backlog
• Design AI-augmented workflows and data architecture
• Stakeholder partnership with GTM leadership
