💼 About This Role

You'll support the Kawasaki RIDGE National Touring Program as an on-call, travel-based PRN (as-needed) role. Your core impact is ensuring seamless activation execution, consumer engagement, and CRM lead capture during high-volume events. This flexible, deployment-based position requires you to integrate quickly into active touring operations while maintaining brand standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with load-in, setup, daily activation, strike, and load-out.
• Deliver high-quality product walk-throughs and engage consumers.
• Execute accurate CRM data collection and ensure lead integrity.
• Manage consumer flow and demonstration coordination during peak traffic.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years supporting experiential marketing, live events, or similar.
• Consumer engagement in high-traffic environments.
• Event operations including setup, breakdown, and live logistics.
• Travel flexibility including short-notice and peak event assignments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with KPI-driven programs or consumer data capture.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM platforms, and data capture tools.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
