💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end logistics of the interviewing process at a high-growth AI robotics startup, ensuring a white-glove experience for candidates. You'll partner with recruiters and executives to coordinate complex schedules and help define what Candidate Experience means as the first hire in this function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones
• Facilitate high-touch interviews for executive-level candidates
• Communicate clearly and manage candidate expectations throughout the process
• Optimize ATS workflows, templates, and feedback processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience
• Deep familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
• Advanced Google Calendar management skills
• Experience in a high-growth tech environment
