💼 About This Role

You'll design and manage Skydio's repair and RMA systems, ensuring they scale with business needs and deliver world-class service. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for a leading US drone company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage RMA and repair systems to scale with business needs.
• Establish and track KPIs, cost baselines, and goals for repair program success.
• Develop long-term repair strategies and external partnerships.
• Evaluate and improve workflows, system integrations, and technician training.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years as a program manager in repair/RMA, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong electro-mechanical PM background with consumer/industrial electronics.
• Proven ability to design and scale repair/RMA systems with measurable results.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Quickbase, Arena, Jira, Databricks, Salesforce.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with operational metrics reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
