You'll partner with executive leadership to define an AI-native operating model for Engineering, Product, and Design. You'll lead organizational transformation initiatives, including change management and restructuring tied to AI adoption. This role blends deep organizational design expertise with modern workforce planning in a fast-scaling, AI-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CTO and Eng/Product/Design leadership on AI-native operating model
• Design role frameworks and career architectures for AI-driven ways of working
• Lead organizational transformation and change management for AI adoption
• Develop frameworks for role transitions, internal mobility, and manager enablement

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ as strategic HRBP in technical orgs
• Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation in tech environments
• Strong understanding of AI tools impact on workforce design and productivity
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, role architecture, and workforce planning

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Engineering, Product, or Design organizations
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building frameworks without established best practices
