💼 About This Role

You'll join Xepelin's Operations team to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments and financial data. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our financial platform, supporting partners and internal teams. This role offers the chance to grow in a fast-paced fintech transforming business finance in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage internal client requirements and report progress.
• Perform daily follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with commercial, collections, accounting, and operations teams.
• Calculate interest, extensions, and prepayments.
• Reconcile and analyze payments to partners and bank accounts.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree or technical career in Administration or related field.
• Excel proficiency (mandatory, will be evaluated).
• Proactive, organized, and responsible work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL - BigQuery knowledge (not mandatory).
