🎯 What You'll Do

• See adults for primary care and metabolic health management
• Manage patient panel alongside physicians and other APCs
• Coordinate with care team for patient support and education
• Document accurately and review remote patient monitoring data

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree and certification as NP (FNP) or PA
• Active unrestricted DEA licensure and prescribe authority
• At least 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory care
• Active unrestricted license to practice in Massachusetts

• Experience in chronic condition management and weight management
• Willingness to pursue OMA APC certification
