Join Ridgeline's Order Generation team to architect and build a foundational Trade Order Management solution on a modern cloud platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience with scalable systems design
• 3+ years with buy-side order management systems
• Expertise in Java or Kotlin
• Strong CS fundamentals (degree preferred)
• Experience with AWS (Aurora, Lambda, S3) and automated testing

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust, scalable components for the Trade Order Management product
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions
• Contribute trading domain knowledge and architectural expertise
• Leverage AWS cloud services for secure, high-performance backend infrastructure
• Mentor engineers and establish development best practices
