🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Senior Leadership to execute hiring plans
• Manage external recruitment partners and internal stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven track record in technical hiring
• End-to-end hiring experience including technical and non-technical roles
• Data-driven decision-making using hiring metrics

• Experience hiring in UK and South Africa markets
• Background in both in-house and agency environments
• Hands-on experience with HR systems like Greenhouse or Workday
