Description
You will build and manage long-term partnerships with commercial beekeepers and agricultural growers in Spain, supporting the integration of BeeHome technology into pollination operations. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to expand Beewise's presence in the Spanish agricultural ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or customer partnerships
- Experience with agriculture, growers, or beekeeping – strong advantage
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with commercial beekeepers and agricultural growers
- Identify and develop new pollination partnerships across Spain
- Lead commercial process from initial engagement through agreement and onboarding
- Present and demonstrate value of Beewise technology for pollination and hive management
- Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout partnership lifecycle
