Description

You will run the operational engine that turns Ivo's GTM vision into reality, covering renewals, expansion, customer operations, and deal desk. Reporting to the VP Revenue Strategy & Operations, you'll own deliverables from a strategic consulting engagement, partner with CSM leadership, and build outs Deal Desk and Growth and Customer Ops. As pricing evolves toward usage-based models, you'll build the operational infrastructure for consumption-based renewals and expansion triggers, using AI aggressively to automate workflows and stand up EMEA GTM Ops.

Requirements

  • AI-native workflow using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor daily
  • 7–10 years in revenue operations, customer operations, or GTM ops at high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Management consulting foundation (MBB or equivalent) combined with operating experience
  • Management experience leading ICs and contractors
  • Renewal and expansion operations depth (forecasting, pipeline management, health scoring, etc.)
  • Analytical: writes SQL, builds front-end, digs into data
  • SFDC operational fluency and deal desk coordination
  • Documents, systematizes, and automates
  • Undergrad in STEM, Finance or Economics

Responsibilities
